How to be Active and More Productive in a Day
These are the Five things you need to be doing if you are feeling sluggish and accepted yourself as Lazy.Are you actually lazy or this laziness started creeping in slowly. Don't worry most of us go through the same thing and its very natural to happen, It happens due to; weather , mood swing,PMS, Periods, being non achiver or sense of failure also leads to lazy-ness.Being lazy are also a symptom of depression so if this is going for very long time and you have tried every thing then its time to visit a therapist. But if its just started and you want to beat it then I guess,this read might help you and trust me I have been there and done that.Before I go in detail here is the bonus tip if you are feeling down listen to loud music it will life up your mood like anything, So let's go to beat the damn lazy-ness.
How to beat it 👍
1. Mental State
First you need to be aware that something is going wrong, that you are not as productive as before or active and lack of willingness is hapening quite a few time in a week.Once in a while its ok but if its started effecting your daily routine then you need to adress this and accept the fact that its happening and you need to stop it.Good news you already done that thats why you are reading this so Good going.
2. Life Style
Eat good, work our daily if you cant then walk for 20 minutes, sleep before 10 and wake up early its going to be difficult for some time but if you start that's first step.
3. To do list
every morning make a to do list and by evening check how much you have achieve, with each achievement depomine is realizing and feel good factor will shoo away the lazy-ness, more so when you make your to do list you will realise that you have things to do, which will make you active.
4 Eat light Dinner
Always Always eat a very light dinner and that too before 8 clock, why because heavy meal is hard to digest and that effects the sleep and when when you have disturb sleep then next day you will be lethargic, so eat light.
5. Sleep Tight
Yes , this is the most important of all you need to have a good night sleep , make a pattarn and started sleeping before 10 , stop using electronics device like mobile before 1 hour so that your mind started relaxing and helps you to sleep well.
so, here are the few tips i shared with my own experience which i hope helps you to SOOOOOO away the lazy-ness and be more successful and happy.
