Sleep is one of the basic necessity for our survival and for alert mind you need to have good sleep.At-least 6 to 8 hours of sleep is must for body rejuvenation and alertness, but due to stress , sickens and mobile watching habits leads to sleepiness, here are 8 home remedies for better sleep.

Flax-seed


Flax is grown for its oil, used as a nutritional supplement, and as an ingredient in many wood-finishing products. Flax is also grown as an ornamental plant in gardens. Flax fibers are used to make linen.Flaxseeds occur in two basic varieties: brown, and yellow or golden, Flaxseeds produce a vegetable oil known as flaxseed oil or linseed oil, which is one of the oldest commercial oils.

Almonds


Almond Milk  before sleep works wonder for your sleep and its also good for brain development and bones.


Fish

Fish is full of omega and ita a very good brain food therefore help in sleep.


Curd


Taking Curd  or curd rice before sleep helps brain to relax and hence leads to good sleep.


Honey


Milk with honey or just a spoon of honey helps in sleeping better and it taste good too.

How can we forget the age old remedy for good sleep and that is Good old Milk,warm glass of milk guarantee a goodnight sleep.

- Stop using mobile before 1 hour  of sleep as its helps brain to relax , read a book instead.
- Take a Salt water bath as its relaxes the whole body hence helps in sleep.
- wash your feet with cold water.
